On Wednesday 3 October 2018, INSOL International will be holding a one day seminar in Dubai in association with the Dubai Department of Economic Development.
Harneys very own Ian Mann is speaking on the Offshore panel which will focus on how offshore insolvency and restructuring regimes can be used to facilitate a restructuring of a GCC business. The panel will explore when such processes may be appropriate while discussing the advantages and disadvantages.
The seminar will consist of four panel discussions with a broad range of professionals.
